Ritz Cookie Party Sandwiches

I went through a very serious “ham and cheese party” phase. You know those mini sandwiches baked with Hawaiian rolls and melted butter poured on top? Well, I couldn’t get enough of them for a while and served them at every party. However, no one was complaining, because it’s delicious, buttery, and easy to love. But now is the time to change things up a bit. Here’s the same concept, but on a cookie, they’re just as buttery, and just as delicious, but a little bigger like a bite. I think I may be about to enter another serious party sandwich phase.

+So what do you need?

Two pockets of Ritz or other butter cookies. (Yes, the store brand is totally fine.) Next, ham, Swiss cheese, butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and sliced onions. Doesn’t this make sense yet? Will be.

Put half of these crackers in a baking dish and top each with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Then cover them with another cracker. This is the sandwich part.
