*ingredients
°8 ounces soft cream cheese
°2 cups whipping cream, plus more for serving
°1 liter strawberries cut into cubes
°2 bananas, chopped & diced
°20 ounces crushed pineapple, drain
*Instructions:
the first step:
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and strawberries
Add the crushed pineapple and sliced or diced banana and stir the filling into the cream cheese mixture.
The second step:
Spread evenly in a 9″ x 13″ baking dish
Third step:
Put it in the freezer until the dessert hardens
When ready to serve, leave it on the counter for 10 minutes. Dip the knife in hot water and cut the frozen dessert into slices
